About the GASC
The German American Social Club of Greater Miami was founded on March 2, 1949.
Our mission is to celebrate our heritage by sharing with the community our German history, culture, and traditions.
We host soccer, rugby and cross-fit activities each week, hold regular social nights and events and host Oktoberfest Miami – the longest continuously-running Oktoberfest in the United States.
We also aim to improve our community by working with local charitable organizations and offering scholarships to students wishing to continue their German studies.
