Welcome to the GASC Connect mobile application (“App”), operated by the German American Social Club of Greater Miami (“GASC”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use this app. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

By creating an account, you may receive push notifications related to club news and events. You may opt in to receive marketing emails, which you can unsubscribe from at any time.
5. Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your data.
6. Third-Party Services
The App may include links to our website (gascmiami.org) and other third-party websites or services (e.g., Google Maps, Firebase, Mailchimp, OneSignal). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of these third parties. Your interactions with them are governed by their own terms.
7. Location and Camera Access
Certain features require permission to access your device’s location (GPS) or camera/photo library. These permissions are used solely to provide app functionality like uploading profile images or providing directions to the club.
8. Account Deletion
You may delete your account at any time within the app. This action will permanently erase your account and associated personal data from our system.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and design elements in the App are the property of the German American Social Club of Greater Miami or its licensors. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the App without written permission.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at our sole discretion, without notice, for behavior that violates these Terms or is deemed harmful to the community.

The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding its availability, accuracy, or reliability.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GASC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
